Form Privacy Notice

Information submitted through the AmeronOS early-interest form is received and processed by Ameron LLC. AmeronOS is the public-facing product brand; Ameron LLC is the legal organization responsible for the form.

How submitted information is used

Ameron LLC uses submitted information solely to respond to inquiries, communicate about the AmeronOS project, evaluate potential collaborations, and provide relevant project updates when consent has been given.

Information collected

The form collects a name, email address, country or region, area of interest, consent confirmation, submission time, and submission page. An organization, website or professional profile, and message may be provided voluntarily.

Handling commitments

  • Ameron LLC will not sell information submitted through the form.
  • Submitted information will not be used for unrelated marketing.
  • Submitting the form does not automatically enroll a person in unrelated mailing lists.
  • Form submissions are stored in the Netlify Forms dashboard available to the site administrator.

Questions or requests

Use the AmeronOS contact form to ask a privacy question or request that submitted information be corrected or deleted. The form remains the preferred public contact method.
